WEP Engineering & Consulting Co. was technical lead in developing and implementing the consolidation plan for two snack processing plants located in the NY area and consolidated the operation in a new snack process plant located in the Carolinas.  We sourced new equipment as required and streamlined the manufacturing process to improve productivity and product quality.
