Bill has over 30 years of experience at an Executive Management level in the food industry, I have full P&L responsibility and a passion for Lean Management practices that drive efficiencies, reduce waste, and increase profitability. I believe in fostering a supportive and collegial management style that encourages teamwork, cross-functional problem-solving, and fact-based decision-making. My areas of expertise include Capital Project Management, Process Project Planning and Management, as well as Budgeting and Cost Accounting.
