  • Participated in the development of a strategic capital plan for the Agawam Fluid Milk Plant.
  • Managed the process of improving the performance of the Greer freezer tunnel by identifying weaknesses and improvements to the existing system.  
  • Participated in the development of the PSM and HACCP program.
  • Developed the plan, cost, and capital request to replace the existing Process Control System with Allen Bradley PLC’s.
  • Successfully created production efficiency screens using RSView for all New England locations.
  • Managed capital planned projects for the New England region including installation of an ESL VTIS pasteurization system, installation of 40,000 gallon silo, installation of multiple aseptic filling lines, installation of an automated batching system, and supporting refrigeration upgrades to the anhydrous ammonia, glycol, and tower water systems.
  • Manage and designed materials handling systems including case washing systems, conveyors, palletizers, stretch wrappers, case formers, case sealers, labeling, coding, and vision systems.
